The Third Wave Development Team

Byron Cooke-Tonnesen, arguably the father of CRM back in 1989, remembers then how very few companies were keen to implement CRM Software Solutions. With the advent of Microsoft CRM entering the market in 1993, this underlined the necessity and validity of the CRM industry space.

Third Wave’s team on average have two degree’s each. Besides the strong technical component, both Byron and Tania have extensive marketing experience as well as degrees in marketing.

Tania Cooke-Tonnesen, has a solid technical background, developing the first version of Advantage CRM, and today, plays the role of Operations Director. Very few people know that she was the inventor of Pastel Software together with Ivan Ferrer.

Stuart Lowe, Development Director, has been with Third Wave since 1993 and has pioneered many technical initiatives with Advantage CRM, which makes it such a great product today. He is an extremely hard worker with 12 hour days being the norm.

The rest of the team are enthusiastic and hardworking. A recent survey conducted showed that users of Advantage found the team to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We are very proud of them.
