      Think about yourself for a minute - I bet you dont like being sold, but you enjoy being served.


      Find a perceived need and fill it. If the need is not perceived it does not exist - dont push! Focus on what your customers really want versus what you want from them. Probe by asking the right questions - and listen more. Make those questions part of your sales presentation.
