      What I most like about Advantage is its flexibility – it suites my processes, its ease of use and the reporting for management is great.

      The sales staff also benefit from the system as it is easily quantifiable and easy to train on.

       

      I love the Quotes Automation module, it works fantastically. We have 8 reps who send out about 30 quotes each a day. The system then automatically sends follow ups two days later, which is a good impression on the clients.

      The benefits of Advantage which I have found to be most beneficial is that it requires one to formalize meetings, so that one can plan properly and not forget; making notes in a centralized database and integration of emails in one system of communication.

       

      We have found that the staff benefit by being able to plan more effectively, therefore wasting less time during the working day.

       

      We use the Mail Merge function fairly often and it is great. This is another means of communicating with our prospects and customers. We feel the more relevant contact we have with our clients the stronger the relationship becomes.

       

      The Opportunity Tracking function facilitates the co-ordination of sales efforts.

      Sun Ace South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary of a Global Business manufacturing additives for Industry. The South African investment has its own purpose built factory in Johannesburg serving sub-Saharan African markets. As such our sales opportunities are complex and require an easy to access database in order to optimize the decision making process.

       

      Eighteen months ago, we installed ADVANTAGE (customer management software), which has enabled us to optimize business opportunities and margins by readily accessible market information in export markets. Export business has shown good growth concluding opportunities and providing diversity whilst local markets have been adversely affected by the global economic crisis late in 2008.
