The benefits of Advantage which I have found to be most beneficial is that it requires one to formalize meetings, so that one can plan properly and not forget; making notes in a centralized database and integration of emails in one system of communication.

We have found that the staff benefit by being able to plan more effectively, therefore wasting less time during the working day.

We use the Mail Merge function fairly often and it is great. This is another means of communicating with our prospects and customers. We feel the more relevant contact we have with our clients the stronger the relationship becomes.

Sun Ace South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a subsidiary of a Global Business manufacturing additives for Industry. The South African investment has its own purpose built factory in Johannesburg serving sub-Saharan African markets.
